As a service provider we need to be compliant with laws and regulations, for our sake and for yours. For this reason we create policies and documents that keep you up to date on our terms of service, how we handle your personal data, as well as our responsibilities to you, as a client.
According to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act, among other things, legal service providers have to verify the identity of clients before accepting an assignment and, in certain situations, report unusual transactions to a central authority. Terms of Service
The terms of service of Meritable have been deposited at the Court Registry of The Hague District Court under number 9/2020. They apply to all services performed by Meritable. You can always download a PDF version of the Service Conditions by clicking here.
Before we start our services we will also provide a copy of the Service Conditions in our quotation or you will have to accept the terms of the Service Conditions before making a purchase online.
